About Christopher Nicholas
Christopher Nicholas is an award-winning Republican political & public affairs consultant with a decades-long proven record of problem-solving and winning difficult campaigns.

Eagle’s founder, Christopher Nicholas, has carved out a career as an award-winning GOP political & public affairs consultant with a 40-year proven record of problem-solving and winning difficult races.
Chris is frequently cited in the media both here and abroad, and he serves as the GOP analyst on “This Week in Pennsylvania,” the only state-wide TV show that focuses on state politics.
He has garnered numerous industry ‘Pollie’ awards from the AAPC for the direct mail, digital and he has produced for campaigns and Independent Expenditure (IE) efforts across the country.

PoliticsPa.com has named Chris one of the Pennsylvania’s top GOP operatives on multiple occasions and he is a recognized expert on the state’s politics, its demographic changes as well as political redistricting and reapportionment.
In 2023 he produced and hosted an original 6-part podcast series via Eagle’s PA Political Digest division that examined political corruption, A stroll through the annals of Pennsylvania political corruption.
In 2022 he spearheaded the creation of The Commonwealth Series of debates, organizing and hosting the first debate for the 13 PA GOP gubernatorial candidates (at Dickinson College) and the first televised debate among the PA GOP candidates for U.S. Senate (at Villanova University).
In 2016 and 2018 Chris piloted the PA State Chamber as well as Commonwealth Partners to upset wins over incumbent legislators with IE projects across Pennsylvania. The IE project he created in 2019 for the PA Chamber’s endorsed candidates for Superior Court lifted their margins in every county in the two broadcast TV markets on which the program focused.
He worked on Sen. Arlen Specter’s 1992, 1998, 2004 and 2010 campaigns, managing the ‘04 & ‘10 races. The 2004 race, in which Chris steered the Senator’s $21 million re-election campaign, was one of the country’s most contentious Senate battles. Specter went on to receive the most votes ever for a Republican in Pennsylvania even as John Kerry carried the state.
As campaign manager (President & COO) Chris managed the campaign’s day-to-day operations, oversaw the opposition research program, supervised compliance activities, served as campaign spokesperson and created the campaign’s multi-million-dollar direct mail and phone programs.
Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Chris graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. A Junior Achievement volunteer and a former Cub Scout leader, Chris served as President of the Board of Directors of St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Harrisburg for five years.
